A patient of Japanese encephalitis (brain fever) has emerged in Purnea of Bihar . Apart from this, there is also a confirmation of the patients of Chikungunya. After these two cases came to light, there has been a stir in the health department.

The whole case is of Malaria of Biosi Block. 33-year-old Shyam Lal Das Japanese Enfephalitis has confirmed the resident here. Shyam Purnia is currently recruited at the private nursing home. According to the relatives of the patient, Shyamlal Das suddenly got unconscious after a high fever. After this, he was brought to B.Sc PHC in Phanan from where he was sent to Sadar Hospital.

Seeing the patient's delicate condition at Sadar Hospital, he was admitted to Max Seven Hospital. This fever was confirmed during this fever. On the other hand, Tenzing, who treated Shyam Lal, said that only after examining the patients, the patient had symptoms of Japanese encephalitis.

The doctor says that he has written a letter to the Civil Surgeon to conduct a Microbiolage of blood with PMCH, in which the patient has confirmed the Japanese encephalitis. Doctor Tenzing said that the disease spreads through pigs and dirt. Last year, 16 children died in Gorakhpur in UP. [? - poor reporting - Ro] The administration has alerted the letter.
In this regard, the Civil Surgeon told that there is also a patient of Chikungunya with Japanese encephalitis in the disease. Both have been confirmed. Rapid fagging has been done in the affected area.

There is news of relief for the predecessors who have suffered encephalitis for four decades. With the decline in the number of patients suffering from encephalitis, the graph of death also dropped rapidly. Alam is that the death of death due to encephalitis in the district dropped more than 60 percent. According to the Health Department, 29 patients died from encephalitis in the district till September 19 this year. The death audit of the CMO's office has so far proved to be just 19. While the number of deaths was 64 in the year 2017.

The outbreak of encephalitis has started gradually decreasing in the district due to all the rules of governance. In two phases, the knockout campaign has shown the effect of the increase in the facilities of treatment. Better treatment is being provided to patients in BRD Medical College, District Hospital, Mini-PICU and ETC made in three CHCs. With this, there has also been a significant reduction in mortality figures with the patient. According to the Health Department, 511 patients suffer from encephalitis in the year 2017. Of these, 64 patients died during treatment. This year, this figure is currently 29. Out of these, 19 deaths were reported from Death Audit. Death audit is going on in connection with the death of 10 patients from encephalitis. Only after the completion of the investigation will the department determine whether his death was caused by encephalitis or for any other reasons.

The questions arising on the health department's claims

Although the Health Department is patching its back on encephalitis control, some experts are not fully accurate. Experts believe that there is a partial reduction in the disease this year. This is due to the shortage of rain. Fear of death audit, the doctors in the BRD are scared of treating patients as AES.

The graph of encephalitis is rapidly dropped. Due to this, the department has been trying the efforts of the government with the plans of the government. From February this year, the campaign for encephalitis control was conducted. Work at the grassroots level. Medicines were provided with the training of doctors and paramedical staff at PHC level. Fever patients were promptly treated for treatment. All of these have the effect.

Chitrakoot Feeling of fever and diarrhea began to digest. Friday's fever victim died in hospital. Two patients were referred to Allahabad on condition of seriousness. Four other patients were admitted. Earlier on Thursday, a girl suffering from brain fever also died.
Shivnarayan's wife Nathuniya Devi (55), a resident of Chilimal of Rajapur, was admitted to the district hospital after suffering from fever for two days. On Friday morning, his sudden condition worsened. The doctors referred him to Allahabad. But then he died. On Thursday, the four year old daughter Jankyi of Radheshyam Coal was brought to CHC after Sarpat fever in Sarhat village of Manikpur Thanakshakra. Doctors had referred to Allahabad on his fear of being brain fever but he died on the way.
Apart from this, the eight-month old daughter of Savitnja, a resident of Dwaranpurwa, a resident of the district hospital on Friday, has been referred to Allahabad for a high fever, and Zulia Pandey's wife Sebajjit resides. In this order, Rudra's Dhunua Prasad, Girijashankar, Kasai's Gudia Devi and Ashok Rashtrapadh have been recruited on the complaint of fever Diarrhea.

Student dies of fever in fever

Fever of fever is not decreasing. A student of class VIII suffering from brain fever in the Camry area died during treatment. Due to the death of the student, the whole house has got crushed. Ravi Lodhi, resident of Village Rahasena of Kemari police station area, was studying in class seven in a private school. According to the family, Ravi had fever a week ago.

The family members had earlier treated him with a medical doctor in Kemri. The family took him to a private hospital in Moradabad, if he did not get any improvement in the condition. When the condition was not improved, the family also treated him with three other doctors in Moradabad.

The student was admitted to a private hospital in Moradabad. The student died on Friday morning at around seven o'clock. The news of the death of the student caused an outrage in his family. The villagers say that there is a mess of dirt in the village. Cleansing the cleaning worker comes only once a month. There is anger against the cleaning workers in the villagers.

Mogin Khan (20) of Gram Ismailpur Nawada of the area was suffering from brain fever.


Shahjahanpur: Mogin Khan (20) of village Ismailpur Nawada of the area was suffering from brain fever. He was undergoing treatment in Bareilly's hospital. If they were brought home in the morning, the condition worsened. The family was taking Bareilly, but Mogin broke away. His death caused a lot of anger in the family. Mosin was married only last year. He has two months old son.

Child's death

Nigohi: 13-year-old son Umkant, a resident of Pipariya village of Uday Bhanpur, Ramvilas was suffering from fever for several days. His treatment was going on in a private hospital in Bareilly. Where he died during treatment at five o'clock in the evening.
