Mato Grosso has reported 301 cases of swine flu in three dead record

Based on the information recorded in the Information System for Notifiable Diseases (SINAN), the State of Mato Grosso has to date (03.09), the notification of 301 cases of Influenza A (H1N1), of which 35 were confirmed, 68 discarded, and 147 are awaiting the result that 36 people had mild symptoms and did not have the material collected by following the rules of the Ministry of Health in only to collect material from patients with severe symptoms or risk groups, and 15 people who had confirmation for Seasonal Influenza (Flu common).

The city of Cuiab? records reporting 132 cases, 12 confirmed, 46 dropped and 62 are awaiting results, and 12 cases of seasonal influenza.
The municipality of Rondon?polis recorded 09 reports, with 03 confirmed cases and 05 dropped and 01 cases of seasonal influenza.
The municipality of Lucas do Rio Verde reported 53 cases, 03 confirmed, 04 dropped and 45 waiting for results and 01 cases of seasonal influenza.
The Nova Mutum reported 10 cases awaiting outcome.
In S?o Pedro da Cipa was reporting 01 confirmed cases.
At Sinop were reported 32 cases, 03 confirmed cases, 05 dropped, 17 and 06 waiting for result did not have the material collected and 01 case and Seasonal Influenza.
In the municipality of Sorriso were reported 12 cases, 04 confirmed cases, 02 dropped, 06 and 01 waiting for result had collected material.
In Toba Tek Singh was reported 01 cases and was discarded.
The city of Goiania received 02 cases of Mato Grosso from Hinton and confirmed.
The city of C?ceres reported 01 case, which was discarded.
In Peixoto de Azevedo was reported 01 cases, awaiting results.
In Primavera do Leste was reported 08 cases, 04 confirmed and 01 pending and 03 did not result had collected material.
Porto Alegre do Norte reported 01 cases, awaiting results.
The municipality of Tangara da Serra reported 09 cases, 03 confirmed, 01 dropped and 05 were not needed collections matter.
In Sachse was reported 02 cases that were discarded.
New Xavantina reported 01 cases where the material was not collected.
The municipalities of Alta Floresta Araputanga and reported 01 cases each, where the Araputanga was discarded and the High Forest awaits outcome.
In Camp Verde was reported 17 cases of which 01 and 16 pending outcome had collected material. The municipality of Claudia reported that 01 cases awaiting outcome. In East Liberty were reported 02 cases but in none of the cases heard need to collect material. New Field Parecis and Sieler reported 01 cases each, that there was no need to collect material. The city of Alto Araguaia recorded 01 cases awaiting outcome.

GENERAL MEASURES FOR PREVENTION OF INFLUENZA A (H1N1): wash hands often with soap and water, especially after coughing or sneezing;

People with influenza should avoid indoor and agglomeration of people and should not attend classes, work or other activities away from home in the period up to 7 days after onset of symptoms (The Avian Influenza is defined as acute illness, a maximum of 5 days with a fever, cough or sore throat);
It is recommended that the sick person with the flu, if possible, stay at home, avoiding close contact with others (the period of transmissibility for adults are 7 days from the onset of symptoms and children under twelve years are 14 days).

Keep ventilated environments, as far as possible to maintain classrooms, workplaces and homes with doors and windows open to encourage ventilation of the environment.
