Two of the four pneumonic plague cases have now been discharged, according to this article. Case #2, the 35-year-old doctor is definitely one of them. The other is likely case #5, although the gender has been changed again to female, and now she is listed as 3-years old.
It is possible that #5 has been reported as any age varying from 3-8 years old, and both genders, but is probably the same case (and might be the niece/nephew of case #1).
The two who remain critically ill are cases #1 and #3. Case #4 may have been discarded.
It is conceivable that cases #6 and #7 are the two septicemic plague cases.
