Mayor Bill de Blasio sits down with PIX11's Dan Mannarino to give an update on coronavirus in New York City and what is being done to keep New Yorkers safe and informed. The mayor announced 10 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the city's total to 46 as of Wednesday, March 11, and bringing the state's total to 186 cases.

Nassau County has six new cases of coronavirus; Suffolk's and NYC new cases not connected to travel

...The two latest Suffolk cases are men who live in the Town of Brookhaven, one in his late 30s and the other in his early 30s, Bellone said at a news conference.
Both men are in isolation at Stony Brook University Hospital.
Suffolk also has eight people under mandatory quarantine, including one of the six confirmed cases, a female resident from the Town of Southold in her early 20s, Bellone said.
All of the confirmed cases are due to "community transmission," not travel overseas, Bellone said...
