Champawat Manoj, of Karauli village, suffered the loss of more than four hours due to the emergency service 108 on September 26, due to the loss of his life. Manoj, suffering from brain fever, was referred to the Hare Center from the district hospital. The family took Manoj to Haldwani Sushila Tiwari Medical College.
Manoj was referred to Haier Center as well as Sushila Tiwari due to the deteriorating health. In the absence of money, the family had brought him back home. On Thursday, Manoj succumbed to his injuries at home.
Manoj Ram (27) resident of Karauli village, who was cut off the road, Govind Ram was suffering from brain fever. On September 26, he was brought from Karauli to Maroli upto eight km of bunk, but due to lack of oil emergency services could not be given to Pati. After waiting for four hours, Manoj was brought to the district hospital from Champawat's emergency service.
Chief Medical Officer Dr RK Joshi told that due to brain fever, Manoj was referred to Hire Center on September 27. The family said that the situation was referred to Haldwani even further, but when there was no money, the family brought him home instead of taking him to the Higher Center, where he died on Thursday. Manoj used to work at Rudrapur in Sidkul. The villagers have demanded compensation for the relatives of the deceased.
