The confirmed cases are mainly aged between 15 and 64 years (62%). The share of 75-year-old scas is increasing slightly and represents 17% of cases. There are more infected women than men.

No new positive test has been identified in the region in the past 24 hours, according to the latest assessment published by the Regional Health Agency.
This brings to 145 the number of people affected by the virus, based on the cumulative data.

Among the patients tested positive for Covid-19:

17 are hospitalized at the CHU de Guadeloupe
13 are placed in intensive care
4 are in medical follow-up

Note that there are no more Covid patients at the Center hospitalier de Basse-Terre (CHBT), nor at the Center hospitalier de Marie-Galante (CHMG).

To date, 70 people have finished with the coronavirus and have been declared cured by infectiologists, in our archipelago.

The virus is still circulating
