30th swine flu infection detected in Egypt

مشيرا إلى تفاصيل حالات الإصابات الجديدة التى تم تسجيلها اليوم، الجمعة، والبالغ عددها حالتين ليصل إجمالى الحالات إلى 32 حالة. الحالة الأولى لطفل سودانى كندى الجنسية على صلة بالعائلة السودانية المصابة والتى سجلت 6 حالات إصابة حتى الآن، آخرها كانت بالأمس لأحد أصدقاء العائلة.

أما الحالة الثانية فهى لشابة مصرية عمرها 26 عاما صديقة الشاب المصرى ويعملان معا فى فندق سوفيتيل الهرم وقد تم عزل أسرتها وأخذ عينات منهم للتأكد من خلوهم من المرض.

أعلن الدكتور عبد الرحمن شاهين المتحدث الرسمى لوزارة الصحة اكتشاف ثلاث حالات إصابة جديدة بفيروس AH1N1 المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير ليبلغ إجمالى عدد حالات الإصابة البشرية بالمرض فى مصر إلى 44 حالة حتى الآن.

وقال شاهين إن الحالة رقم 42 لشاب مصرى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 28 سنة وكان قادماً من السعودية بعد أداء العمرة ووصل مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 23 من الشهر الجارى حيث تم تحويله بواسطة فريق الحجر الصحى بالمطار إلى مستشفى بالقاهرة وتم إعطائه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة.

أما الحالة 43 فهى لطفل مصرى أمريكى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 5 سنوات وكان قادماً من أمريكا بصحبة أسرته، حيث وصل إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 20 يونيو الجارى وتم حجزه بمستشفى بالإسكندرية وإعطائه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة.

وأوضح أن الحالة 44 لطفل مصرى أمريكى الجنسية ? شقيق الحالة 43- ويبلغ من العمر 10 سنوات وكان قادماً من أمريكا بصحبة أسرته حيث وصل إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 20 يونيو وتم حجزه بالمستشفى بالإسكندرية أمس وتم إعطائه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة.

ولفت أنه تم تسجيل شفاء وخروج من المستشفى لحالة جديدة من المصابين بالمرض ليصل بذلك إجمالى عدد حالات الشفاء إلى 31 حالة ويتبقى 13 بالمستشفيات لتلقى العلاج.

وذكر أنه تم فحص 108 حالات اشتباه بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير من محافظات القاهرة والأقصر وجنوب سيناء والجيزة والشرقية والمنوفية والبحر الأحمر والبحيرة والمنيا والدقهلية والغربية و6 أكتوبر والقليوبية وبنى سويف وأسيوط وسوهاج وكفر الشيخ، وجاءت النتائج المعملية جميعها سلبية للمرض. كما تم فحص 39 حالة اشتباه بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور من 14 محافظة وجاءت جميعها سلبية أيضاً. 3 new cases ..

هذا وقد وضح الدكتور بعد الرحمن شاهين أن الحالة رقم 45 لطفلة بريطانية تبلغ من العمر 5 أعوام قادمة بصحبة أسرتها من بريطانيا، وصلت إلى مطار شرم الشيخ الدولى يوم 22 يونيه الحالى، وهى ابنه الحالة الإيجابية رقم 41، وقد تم حجزها بمستشفى جنوب سيناء وإعطائها العلاج المناسب وحالتها الصحية مستقرة.

أما الحالة 46 لطفلة مصرية أمريكية الجنسية تبلغ من العمر 4 سنوات قادمة بصحبة أسرتها من أمريكا، حيث وصلت إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 21 يونيه، وقد تم حجزها بمستشفى بالقاهرة يوم 23 يونيه وإعطائها العلاج المناسب وحالتها الصحية مستقرة.

أعلن الدكتور عمرو قنديل، وكيل وزارة الصحة لشئون الأمراض المعدية اليوم، الجمعة، عن اكتشاف حالتين جديدتين مصابتين بفيروس (إتش 1 إن 1) المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير, مشيراً إلى أن التحاليل المعملية أكدت إصابتهما، ليرتفع بذلك عدد الحالات المصابة إلى 50 حالة.

وقال قنديل إن الحالتين المصابتين من عائلة صومالية، ويحملان الجنسية الهولندية وقادمين من لندن، وظهرت عليهما أعراض المرض ومنها ارتفاع درجة الحرارة أثناء دخولهما البلاد، وأضاف أن الحجر الصحى بمطار القاهرة قام بتحويلهما إلى أحد مستشفيات القاهرة لتلقى العلاج المناسب من عقار التاميفلو، وحالتهما الصحية مستقرة.

CAIRO, June 26 (Xinhua) -- Egypt reported on Friday two more cases of influenza A/H1N1, bringing the total number of the flu in the populous country to 50, Ministry of Health said in statement.

According to the statement, both cases are Dutch and they have just arrived in Cairo from London.

The condition of the two new cases is stable after receiving proper treatment, said the ministry.

On June 2, Egypt reported its first A/H1N1 flu case, which was a 12-years-old Egyptian-American girl coming from the United States via the Netherlands.

Egypt, the most populous Arab country that was hit hard by the fatal bird flu in 2006, decided in late April to cull all pigs in the country to stem the highly infectious flu.

According to the World Health Organization, more than 59,000 people were infected with A/H1N1 flu worldwide and at least 260 people have died from the new disease.

وأوضح شاهين أن الحالة 51 لطالبة مصرية الجنسية تبلغ من العمر 19 عاما، وهى مرتبطة وبائياً بالحالة الإيجابية رقم 46 وبدأت عليها الأعراض يوم 24 يونيه، وتم حجزها بمستشفى بالقاهرة يوم 25 يونيه، حيث تم إعطاؤها العلاج المناسب وحالتها الصحية مستقرة.

أما الحالة 52 فهى لشاب فلبينى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 20 عاماً، وكان قادماً من الفلبين، حيث وصل إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 25 يونيه وتم تحويله عن طريق فريق الحجر الصحى بالمطار إلى مستشفى بالقاهرة فى نفس اليوم, وتم إعطاؤه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة.

وأضاف شاهين أن الحالة 53 لطالب تايلاندى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 19 سنة، وكان قادماً من تايلاند، حيث وصل إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 26 يونيه، وقام فريق الحجر الصحى بالمطار إلى مستشفى بالقاهرة أمس، وتم إعطاؤه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة.

الحالة 54 لطفل مصرى أمريكى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 12 سنة، وكان قادماً من أمريكا بصحبة أسرته، حيث وصل إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 20 يونيه، وتم حجزة بمستشفى بالإسكندرية اليوم وإعطاؤه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة، مشيرا أنه أخ للحالتين رقم 43 و44.

ولفت شاهين أن الحالة 55 لرجل فلسطينى الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 47 عاماً، وكان قادماً من أمريكا، حيث وصل إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى يوم 25 يونيه، وتم حجزة بالمستشفى بالقاهرة فى نفس اليوم وإعطاؤه العلاج المناسب وحالته الصحية مستقرة.

وذكر شاهين أنه تم تسجيل شفاء وخروج من المستشفى لثلاث حالات من المصابين بالمرض، ليصل بذلك عدد حالات الشفاء من المرض إلى 36 حالة وباقى الحالات بصحة جيدة.

فى الوقت نفسه تم فحص 53 حالة اشتباه بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير من محافظات الدقهلية والقاهرة وأسوان وجنوب سيناء والإسكندرية والمنيا والغربية وكفر الشيخ ودمياط، وجاءت نتائجهم جميعاً سلبية.
