China - Media report: Hospital reports suspected H7N9 avian flu patient to Tengzhou CDC - Shandong province - February 23, 2017 - confirmed

As for this case, Sex, Name, date of onset, and other required info is not disclosed to the public of China.
This might be a shameful one for the Chinese Gov. since they lost their face...
No media reported on the case, and no official announce was made bei the Zhejiang province, this fact is often mentioned there are "Concealer provinces" such as Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangsu and Shanghai from the fact that their concealing is disclosed..
This is regretful for me...

#644 - 1 case - FAO EMPRESS announced, in Xihu, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province

As for this patient, the linkage of HFPC for Jiangxi province(http://www.jxwst.gov.cn/cszw/wsyj/gz...501_365863.htm) is not existing anymore.
HK CHP's announcement is still existing, though it does not carry the case name. It, therefore, is very inconvenient to trace the cases more accurately for us.
And the content of the announcement in Mainland China is often the same one (they are just copying an news article which is not the same as other countries, even the wording is perfectly same!: LOL) as is often pointed out by the other country's media people.

Since the following URL is still existing for this lady, if possible, you can utilize it. This is just for your (and our) info:

Thanks Miyamoto. We have that posted here:

China - 2 new H7N9 avian flu cases in Liaoning province - January 30, 2017

Miyamoto. I have an idea.

1) When you log onto FluTrackers check the H7N9 list to see if we have new cases on the site. If we have the case then you do not need to make a post. If you have new information on the case(s), please post on the linked thread.

2) If we do not have a new recent case, please start a new thread for that case. You can look in the forums to see how we format the posts on new cases.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

Sharon :)

Yes. I think so too. Over time I will add the details of cases to these lines where I added a range to reconcile a month-end report. Thanks!

As for the following patients (2 persons), I guess they are the two included in #496-510.
These cases has been included my list but I cannot find them in the FluTrackers' list.

One of them was died on Jan. 15 (around 21:00) and the other is under treatment in a designated hospital, condition is critical.

The patients are a man and a woman.
Patient 1:
A 54-year-old man. Chickens and geese are bred in his home.

I do not think the following case is also included in the case #496-510, since the fourth paragraph is clearly referring to the sudden announced 15 cases who were diagnosed "from the beginning of year 2015". At the same time, it seems that there is no case just like her in the FluTrackers List.
This patient was diagnosed on Jan. 16, which clearly implies that she is not included in the 15 cases From Fujian province's sudden announcement which is covering the patient from Jan. 1 to Jan.15 24:00.

At the same time, we should not include the patients diagnosed in December 2014 in the said 15 cases in Fujian prov.

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

At present (Jan. 21, 2015), she is under isolation treatment. She is getting well and has a clear sensorium, within one or two days we will test her situation again.
(Dr. Qiu of Ningde CDC's words.).
Patient went to a Sanitary Station in the at the first stage, symptom was fever, coughing at that time.
On Jan. 1, 2015, She was transferred to Ningde City Mingdong hospital and was hospitalized there.
On Jan. 11(15:00) Transferred to ICU unknown severe pneumonia.
On Jan. 16, diagnosed as H7N9 avian-flu.

From the last year(2014)'s winter onward, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Putian, Zhangzhou etc. in Fujian Province has diagnosed H7N9 cases, however, they are sporadic cases.
Just before this information, Fujian government announced Fujian has 15 cases but no intensive case was found and two person died already.

  去年入冬以来,福建福州、厦门、莆田、漳州等地相继发生人感染H7N9病例,疫情呈散发状态。此前,福建官方披露,已发现15例人感染H7N9病例,并未发现聚集性病例,其中2例不治。
