China - Media report: Hospital reports suspected H7N9 avian flu patient to Tengzhou CDC - Shandong province - February 23, 2017 - confirmed

I guess the name of the case should be "Ren(任)"

#414 - Man, 69 [Yim] from Zongyang, April 8 confirmed case in Tongling a hospital for treatment Anhui province

1) The place "马鞍山" should be read as "Maanshan" not "Ma On Shan"
2) The name of the case "韩" should be spelled out as "Han" not "A"
So, please correct his name and his place (used in two places) as follows:

#445 - Man, 58, [Han], Maanshan City, 5, diagnosed on May 22, diagnosed, hospitalized in critical condition in Maanshan - Anhui Province

Source of info on the case:
http://www.flu.org.cn/scn/news-17887.html

Since HK CHP will not disclose even the patients' family name, it makes the things confusing.
Maybe as for the case #448 and #449, the China side did not disclose which aged one is man or woman..
This, however, was solved by a released by Yichang city CDC on July 7th as "http://www.yccdc.cn/view.aspx?id=5218&classId=36&kindId=2"
though this URL is not usable today... Happily enough I could find WHO's URL as "http://www.who.int/csr/don/2014_06_10_h7n9/zh/"!!

You can find the city names of the cases are living as Weian and Changzhou:
* 江苏省淮安市一名51岁男子于5月17日发病,5月25日住院。目前病人病情较重。病人与活禽没有接触。
* 江苏省常州市一名51岁妇女于5月22日发病,5月27住院。目前病情危重。病人与活禽没有接触。

So, we can insert the City names as follows. Your thoughts?

#448 - Man, 51, Weian city, Jiangsu province, onset 17 May, hospitalized on 25 May. He is currently in a severe condition. The patient had no exposure to live poultry Jiangsu province

#449 - Woman, 51, Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, onset 22 May, hospitalized on 27 May. She is currently in a critical condition. The patient had no exposure to live poultry Jiangsu province

Thanks for the information on #965 & #966!
As for the #966, His name is not Bear but "Xiong" though its meaning is a bear.
Please correct the patient's name as "Xiong"

#966 - Male, 75, [Bear], died, Chenzhou City, Hunan province Death

1) As for patient #478, there is one line message from Mr. Biological100-san, saying "Fatal announced on the 9-Jan-15 by ZqMHB".
Has the case died on Jan. 9th, 2015?
This is just to confirm his death or arrive.

2) As for the name of him, the family name "康(Kang)" should be in the following line, Your thought?

#478 - Male, 56, hospitalized in critical condition, Zhaoqing, Guangdong province
