      Two more suspected swine flu deaths reported

      INDORE: Deadly H1N1 virus is continuing to wreak havoc as two more suspected deaths were reported at MY Hospital on Monday.

      Two females aging 23 years and 45 years died while undergoing treatment at Swine Flu ward of the hospital. One of the patients was rushed to hospital from Shajapur district to the hospital for treatment, indicating that virus attack is prevalent in Indore and its neighbouring districts. On Sunday, a 50-year-old suspected swine flu patient had died at the hospital.

        H1N1 scare: Two more die of suspected swine flu in Indore

        INDORE: The swine flu scare continues unabated in Indore as two more suspected deaths were reported at MY Hospital on Monday.

        Two women aged between 23 and 45 died while undergoing treatment. The swab samples of the patients will be sent to Jabalpur-based lab for confirmatory test. The hospital administration did not disclose the details of the patients.

        The health department has sent teams in the area to look for suspected cases and provide Tamiflu tablets. So far, 16 patients have been diagnosed swine flu positive. Five suspected swine flu deaths have been reported while seven cases are yet to be confirmed.

          Woman, new born die of swine flu in Madhya Pradesh

          The child was born on Monday night, while the woman from Rajasthan was under treatment, at the government-run Kamla Raja Hospital.

          Two persons, including a newborn, have died of swine flu in Gwalior during the last 24 hours, a health official said.
          A girl born on Monday night died around 4 a.m. on Tuesday at the government?run Kamla Raja Hospital (KRH).
          Confirming that the new born baby was suffering from swine flu, district Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. Anup Kamthan said that the girl?s mother. Suman. was shifted to an isolation ward of KRH.
          A team of medical staffers has been sent to New Sanjay Nagar locality, where Suman lives, to find out if some more people there are infected with the H1N1 virus, he said.

          The child was born on Monday night, while the woman from Rajasthan was under treatment, at the government-run Kamla Raja Hospital.

            Two persons, including a newborn, have died of swine flu in Gwalior during the last 24 hours, a health official said.
            A girl born last night died at around 4 AM today at the government-run Kamla Raja hospital (KRH).
            Confirming that the newborn baby was suffering from swine flu, district's Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr Anup Kamthan said that the girl's mother Suman was shifted to an isolation ward of KRH.

              Swine flu is spreading in the State with each passing day. On Tuesday it claimed a total of four lives, two each in Indore and Gwalior, taking the toll in the State to 16 during the past one month. In Indore two persons died of swine flu taking the toll since January 1 to seven. Dean of the Government Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College Dr Sanjay Dixit said, ?A 68-year-old woman from Dhar district and a 66-year-old man with symptoms of swine flu were admitted to different hospitals some days back. Both died on January 30.?

                Swine flu spreads tentacles, 60-yr-old man succumbs

                INDORE: The dreaded H1N1 virus continues to spread its tentacles in the city as another 60-year-old patient succumbed to swine flu at MY Hospital on Tuesday. Five suspected swine flu deaths and seven confirmed cases of H1N1 deaths were reported in last 34 days.

                The deceased, a resident of Dev Guradia was admitted to the hospital three days back and was reportedly critical. On Monday, two women had died while undergoing treatment.

                Currently, 15 suspected swine flu patients including nine at MY Hospital are undergoing treatment. At MY Hospital, six are in critical condition while three are on ventilator. Three are reportedly recuperating.

                The dreaded H1N1 virus continues to spread its tentacles in the city as another 60-year-old patient succumbed to swine flu at MY Hospital on Tuesday.

                  BHOPAL: Swine flu scared continued in the state capital with two more deaths being reported here on Wednesday. 17 suspected patients were reported to health department on Wednesday.

                  According to officials, two deaths were reported from Hamidia hospital. One victim was 35-year-old female from Karond. She was detected positive for swine flu on January 31. She died on Wednesday morning.
                  Second victim was a 40-year-old victim, with bilateral pneumonia.

                    INDORE: Four more people from the city died of suspected swine flu on Wednesday taking the toll by the disease since January 1 to 17. Of the dead, seven were confirmed H1N1 cases while 10 are suspect.

                      Swine flu claims one more in city, toll rises to 18

                      INDORE: One more woman died while undergoing treatment for swine flu at MY Hospital on Thursday. With this, the number of toll due to suspected swine flu in 36 days has reached 18. Nine persons, who confirmed positive to H1N1 have already succumbed.

                      Of total 13 samples sent to Jabalpur-based laboratory, report of six samples has come. Two confirmed positive to the flu and both the patients have died.

                        28 down with flu in SPA, 2 test positive for swine flu

                        BHOPAL: In one of the worst cases of swine flu infection in Bhopal, 28 students of School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) have been placed under isolation after two students of the same institute tested positive for H1N1 influenza. Condition of an under-graduate girl is critical.

                        According to SPA registrar Rajesh Moza, besides two students testing positive for swine flu, one student has been detected with H1N1 influenza B and 27 students tested positive for H1N1 influenza A at government-run Hamidia hospital. Influenza A and B could aggravate into H1N1, and students are being monitored, said Moza.

                        "Eight girls and 20 boys have been isolated in their respective hostels. In case any student's temperature goes above 100 degree Fahrenheit or any respiratory discomfort, we have been asked to get the patient hospitalised," said Moza.

                          Swine flu claims 3 more lives in Indore, toll rises to 24

                          INDORE: Swine flu claims three more lives in Indore on Monday including woman and two male, with this number of deaths because of H1N1 virus since January this year has increased to 24, while government sources claimed the toll to be 15.
                          Confirming the deaths of three patients, Dr Sajany Dixit, head of community medicine department said, "Three people suspected to be suffering from swine flu have died last night. All the patients were critical and on oxygen." He said around 14 patients are still undergoing treatment. Since January 1, 2015 around 61 samples were send to labs out of which 36 were tested positive of H1N1 virus, and out of these positive patients 15 have died till now.

                            The H1N1 infection showed no sign of abating in Madhya Pradesh where eight more deaths were reported in the last two days from Bhopal and Indore.

                            On Monday, four patients died in Indore taking the toll to 15 in the city. Incidentally, the first fatalities of this year were reported from Indore. The other four deaths were reported from various hospitals in Bhopal in the last 48 hours. Bhopal has seen 13 patients succumb to the viral disease this year.

                            So far, 124 people have tested positive for H1N1 virus this year in the two cities.

                                Indore / Bhopal. State of swine flu infection is growing rapidly. Swine flu in the state on Thursday, killing seven patients, four of which were held in Bhopal and Indore three. The state has 69 swine flu deaths figure.

                                18 of these deaths occurred in hospitals in Bhopal. In public and private hospitals in Bhopal 35 new suspected cases of swine flu have been found. All the samples were sent for testing Armarsiti Jabalpur.

                                Bhopal swine flu control room officials Hamidiyah in the last 24 hours in the hospital, a patient died in hospital three and JP. Four patients had positive test report. In addition, three other deaths occurred in hospitals in Indore. All of the death of swine flu virus in lungs was due to H 1 N 1 is the transition.
