yesterday on tv, the spokeman for the moh stated. they suspect the total number for h1n1 infections exceeds 400,000. this report adds 291 new cases.

based on the current trends, they (moh) now expect to exceed 150 deaths during the month of december.

December 18, 2009, 09:54 Cairo, Dec 18 (Prensa Latina) Three more deaths from influenza virus A (H1N1) raised to 77 the number of deaths in Egypt by the disease, health authorities reported today, while recognizing affectations and hilly course in school.

A Health Ministry report said that three people died in inland regions in the last hours by the injury, revealing a spike as a result of winter weather conditions.

The holder of that portfolio, Hatem El-Gabaly, estimated that fatalities due to the bad outweigh the hundred before the end of December.

In just a month were over 20 deaths, while from the appearance of virus in the country last June to early November, the statistics remained almost unchanged around 45 people.

Health officials announced Wednesday three more losses before the popularly known as swine flu, when the 71 victims were accounted lethal.

The three individuals were a man and two women in the governorates of Cairo and Qalubiya, and all had received treatment for chronic respiratory diseases, officials said.

It became known last Sunday of four more deaths, for a total of 56 cases mournful, which indicated an increase in a few days of 40 percent.
