Venezuela adds 146 cases for covid-19 and five fatalities

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodr?guez, reported that the country registers a total of 146 positive cases for coronavirus (Covid-19), after confirming this Thursday two infected and two deceased to add five deaths in total, reported during his address from the Miraflores Palace, in Caracas.

He reported that one of those cases that reported positive today died. "This is a 64-year-old man from the Trujillo state, who was infected by a son who came from Ecuador and Peru." He added that the fatal victim had illness based on lung disease, hypertension, diabetes and was a smoker.
He explained that on March 22 the man presented symptoms and that four days ago he answered the survey; however, he was asymptomatic. On March 30, he went to the hospital and died yesterday.
It should be noted that the second patient reported today as a new covid-19 infection is the son of this deceased in the Trujillo state.
On the other hand, Vice President Rodr?guez reported a second death. ?It is one of the first cases of contagion. The patient was in intensive care, a resident of the Miranda state, a 63-year-old man.
He reported that the number of recovered amounts to 29% and that 5 patients are in intensive care; In addition, he emphasized on Thursday the need to maintain and strengthen the social, national and collective quarantine in the country in order to stop the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19).
