Coronavirus in Uruguay: there are 112 people studying the disease, four in the ITC

The National Emergency System reported that 715 analyzes were processed this Tuesday, with 712 negative and 3 positive results.

Since the health emergency was declared on March 13, 45,226 tests have been processed, out of this total, 44,211 were negative and 1015 positive.

To date, 826 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 have been registered throughout the national territory. Of that total, 691 have already recovered and 23 died.

Currently there are 112 active cases, that is, people who are studying the disease, 4 of them are in intensive care and none in intermediate care.

Of the total of confirmed positive cases, 106 correspond to health personnel. 98 of them have already recovered, 7 are carrying the disease and 1 died.

The departments with active cases to date are 9: Artigas, Canelones, Cerro Largo, Maldonado, Montevideo, Rivera, Rocha, Salto and San Jos?.
