Note 10,927 Cases were eventually reported for Jan 2017, but in my comparisons, I compare currently reported cases with cases that were reported at a similar date on previous years. There is always a lag with reported cases so the tally grows over the next few weeks. Anyone reporting a 50% drop in Dengue cases this year is comparing preliminary figures for this January to final figures for last January, likely a very inaccurate exercise. - Ro
