The twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi are witnessing a steady increase in dengue cases as health authorities confirmed dozens of new infections within the past 24 hours, raising concern over the spread of the mosquito-borne virus.
According to the District Health Department, Rawalpindi reported 23 additional dengue patients during the last day, bringing the city’s total case count to 511 since July.
