In Italy, since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, at least 219,814 people have contracted the Sars-CoV-2 virus (744 more than yesterday, for a growth of 0.3%; yesterday +802). Of these, 30,739 died (+179, + 0.6%; yesterday +165) and 106,587 (+1401, + 1.3%, yesterday +2,155) were discharged. Coronavirus, the bulletin of May 14: the number of deaths is growing again, there are 262

The Department's commitment to coordinating all the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service continues.
In particular, in the field of health monitoring relating to the spread of Coronavirus on our territory, to date, May 14, the total number of people who have contracted the virus is 223,096 with an increase compared to yesterday of 992 new cases.

The total number of currently positive is 76,440, with a decrease of 2,017 clients compared to yesterday.

Of the currently positive, 855 are being treated in intensive care, with a decrease of 38 patients compared to yesterday.

11,453 people are hospitalized with symptoms, with a decrease of 719 patients compared to yesterday.
64,132 people, equal to 84% of the currently positive, are in isolation without symptoms or with mild symptoms.

Compared to yesterday, 262 died and bring the total to 31,368. The total number of those discharged and healed rises to 115,288, an increase of 2,747 people compared to yesterday.

Coronavirus in Italy: 227,364 positive cases and 32,330 deaths




In Italy, since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, at least 227,364 people have contracted the Sars-CoV-2 virus (665 more than yesterday, for a growth of 0.3%; yesterday +813). Of these, 32,330 died (+161, + 0.5%, yesterday +162) and 132,282 (+2,881, + 2.2%, yesterday +2075) were discharged. Currently the positive subjects of which there is certainty are 62,752 (-2,377, -3.6% compared to yesterday; the count rises to 227,364 - as mentioned above - if in the calculation there are also the dead and the cured, ie counting all the people who are been positive for the virus since the outbreak). The data were provided by the Civil Protection.

There are 9,624 patients hospitalized with symptoms, of which 676 (-40, -5.6%, yesterday -33) are in intensive care. Compared to yesterday, there were no coronavirus deaths in seven regions and in the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano. From what emerges from today's bulletin of the Civil Protection, in fact, the number of victims compared to yesterday is unchanged in Sicily, Abruzzo, Umbria, Sardinia, Valle d'Aosta, Molise and Basilicata.
