LUBUK LINGGAU - Dugaan sudah menyebarnya virus flu burung di Lubuk Linggau semakin menguat. Setelah kasus puluhan ayam mati yang positif flu burung melalui rapid test, ternyata sudah ada dua pasien suspect flu burung yang kini dirawat di RSUD Lubuk Linggau.
Kedua pasien yang dirawat di ruang isolasi Mawar RSD Mura itu adalah kakak beradik, Putri Wira Maharani (8) dan Putra Wira Aditya (3,5), warga Kelurahan Cereme Taba, Lubuk Linggau. Kedua pasien ini masuk ke RSUD Mura, Jumat (18/8) sekitar pukul 22.30 WIB. Saat masuk, kondisi kakak beradik tersebut panas dan demam tinggi, dan sudah berlangsung dua hari berturut-turut.
Kedua pasien ini diantar orangtuanya ke RSUD Mura karena khawatir menderita penyakit flu burung. ?Sebab, beberapa hari sebelumnya, di kampung ada puluhan ayam yang mati mendadak dan katanya positif flu burung,? tutur M Rahmad Dwina Syahputra, ayah kedua korban.
Sementara itu, kondisi Putri Wira Maharani dan Putra Wira Aditya, kemarin (19/8) sore sudah membaik, terutama kondisi Putri. ?Sebab setelah kita beri antibiotik, kondisinya mulai membaik. Ini terlihat dari panasnya yang mulai menurun,? kata Direktur RSUD Mura dr H Mast Idris Usman.
Namun kepastiannya masih menunggu hingga Selasa (22/8) mendatang, untuk memantau reaksi antibiotik yang diberikan. Jika memang kondisinya tidak ada perubahan, lanjut dr H Mast Idris Usman, pihak RSUD Mura akan merujuknya ke RSMH Palembang untuk ditangani secara khusus.
Sedangkan Menteri Kesehatan (Menkes) Siti Fadilah Supari mengatakan, dua suspect flu burung asal Desa Cikeulet, Garut, Jawa Barat, masih menjalani observasi di RS Hasan Sadikin, Bandung. Hasil pemeriksaan Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) dari sampel pertama menunjukkan keduanya negatif flu burung. ?Bukan (cluster baru), semuanya masih negatif. Mudah-mudahan terus negatif,? ujar Siti Fadilah di Jakarta, kemarin.

Perkembangan terbaru, pada Sabtu malam dua warga Cikeulet kembali dirujuk ke RS Hasan Sadikin dengan gejala mirip flu burung. Mereka adalah Risman (5), warga Rancamareme, Desa Cikeulet dan Kuraesin, warga Sawah Beura, Cikeulet. Belum diketahui status keduanya.

Menkes mengakui angka kematian suspect flu burung di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari keterlambatan korban dirujuk ke rumah sakit. ''Saya meminta petugas puskesmas proaktif untuk segera merujuk pasien ke rumah sakit bila mendapati pasien dengan gejala mirip flu burung, seperti risiko pneumoni, suhu badan sangat tinggi dan disertai batuk-pilek," papar Menkes.
