#1 Canada, Ontario - Mill Valley, California resident Robert A. Derzon, a 78 year old man, died in Orangeville while visiting a friend, died 6/17/09 reported 6/17/09 *son confirms that it was H1N1
#2 Scotland, Inverness - middle aged American woman died 7/15/09 reported 7/17/09 *underlying conditions, hospitalized 3 weeks in Raigmore Hospital in Inverness
#3 Phillipines, Tacloban City; 60 year old American woman died 7/21/09 reported 7/23/09 *underwent gallbladder surgery just before she caught H1N1, sought a medical checkup for chest pains, died of cardiac arrest
