The Egyptian government is extremely repressive to journalists:

Egypt - Council of Journalists calls emergency meeting after prominent editor charged with "publishing false news, disturbing public security, spreading panic" - June 13, 2015

I find Egypt's public representation of the number of H5N1 cases in the April-June time frame extremely improbable given the level of the outbreak this year.

For a 2015 time line of cases please see our case list. link
