本报北京1月4日电(记者白剑峰)卫生部今天通报我国甲型H1N1流感疫情形势。​

监测数据表明,未发现甲型H1N1流感病毒出现明显变异,每周报告新增确诊病例数、流感样病例占门急诊病例的比例均呈下降趋势,甲型H1N1流感病毒占流感病毒比例近4周连续下降。​

Monitoring data indicate that influenza A H1N1 influenza virus found a noticeable variation of the weekly reports the number of new confirmed cases of influenza-like illness accounted for the proportion of outpatient and emergency cases in a declining trend, influenza A H1N1 influenza virus, influenza virus, the proportion accounted for nearly 4 weeks continuous decline.

监测发现,我国全人群免疫保护水平有限,有效免疫保护屏障尚未形成;疫情扩散范围进一步扩大,疫情继续向农村、社区扩散;重症和死亡病例数增加显著。​

预计在未来一段时间内,病毒传播将依然活跃,局部地区出现暴发疫情的风险仍然存在,每周新增重症和死亡病例数仍将维持在较高水平。​

疫苗接种异常反应监测显示,疑似预防接种异常反应报告发生率约为12.4/10万,严重异常反应报告发生率约为0.1/10万;在12月份疫苗接种人群中出现2人死亡,经证实均与疫苗接种无关。​
