China - CHP announces a new H7N9 avian flu case in Liaoning province - September 15, 2017

CHP has just announced followings.


CHP reported a new case of H7N9 avian flu in Lianoning Province.


Hong Kong's Center for Health Protection (CHP) today (September 15) announced that they received a notification from the National HFPC informing an additional case of H7N9 avian influenza iin their records from September Sept. 8 to 14 in Liaoning province.

The patient is:
Age: 54 years old,
Gender: Male,
Current Domicile: Tieling, Liaoning province,
Exposure to birds: Yes. bred live poultry(s),
Date of Onset: September 3,
Current Situation: admitted to a hospital (Hospital name unknown), severe pneumonia.
