Recommendations to avoid getting this disease are:

Stay away from people who have a respiratory infection. Do not share food, cups or silverware.

Ventilate and allow the entry of sun in the house, offices and all enclosed places.

Keep covered with clean kitchen and bathroom, door handles and railings, as well as toys, telephones or articles of common use.

Eating fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins A and C (carrot, papaya, guava, orange, tangerine, lime, lemon and pineapple).

Wash hands frequently with soap and water.

No smoking in enclosed or near children, elderly or sick. See a doctor immediately if they show symptoms.

If present a picture of a sudden high fever, cough, headache, muscle and joints, you should immediately go to your doctor or health unit.

Chihuahua Health confirmed 90 cases of influenza A H1N1

Distrito Federal-Until last Wednesday night, the federal Health Secretariat (SSA) was recorded in Chihuahua, 90 cases of infection with influenza A H1N1, 40 more than three weeks ago.
In the final cut of the federal agency information on the epidemic, it is noted that this figure with the state still occupies the bottom nationally in the incidence of the disease, because the site is located at number 12.
Chihuahua Below are the states: Nayarit and Nuevo Leon, with 88 cases, respectively, Quintana Roo, 82, Tlaxcala, 72, Puebla, 65, Colima, 43, Campeche, 40, Durango, 28, Baja California Sur, 11; Sinaloa, Coahuila and 9, with 2 infections.
Nationally, SSA 7 thousand 624 confirmed cases of so-called human influenza in the country, of whom 113 died.
The deaths represent 1.5% of total confirmed cases, 51.3% were women and 48.7% men.
Meanwhile, 70.8% were between 20 and 54 years of age.
Through a press release, the secretariat stressed that "the epidemic of influenza A (H1N1) in Mexico continues its downward trend, but it is important to maintain preventive measures such as frequent hand washing and sneezing label.
Influenza, insisted, is a disease that responds to time is usually curable, it urges people to face any symptoms of respiratory disease, go immediately to the nearest health unit.
