The national head of the Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health, Virgilio Prieto, reported tonight on 104 new cases of Covid-19. With these figures, positive patients in Bolivia add up to 807.

He said that to date 44 people have died. This day the death of a person in La Paz was reported.

Prieto said that the new cases correspond to Santa Cruz (61), Beni (31), La Paz (5) and Cochabamba (4).

Furthermore, he said 63 people have recovered so far. Suspicious cases reach 128 and discarded cases total 4,490.

He specified that of the 609 positive patients in the country, Santa Cruz registers 446, La Paz 155, Cochabamba 70, Oruro 65, Potos? 21, Pando 12, Tarija 3, Beni 33 and Chuquisaca 2.

The national head of epidemiology of the Ministry of Health, Virgilio Prieto, reported on Saturday that in Bolivia there are 59 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19), bringing the number of confirmed patients with that disease to 866.

"We reported 59 new positive cases, of which 43 correspond to Santa Cruz, 6 to Beni, 5 to Potos?, 4 to La Paz and 1 to Cochabamba," he said. In addition, he confirmed the death of two people, one from Santa Cruz and one from La Paz, bringing the number to 46 deaths across the country.

Prieto explained that of the total of cases, 489 are in Santa Cruz, 159 in La Paz, 71 in Cochabamba, 65 in Oruro, 26 in Potos?, 12 in Pando, 3 in Tarija, 2 in Chuquisaca and 39 in Beni.

The National head of the Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health, Virgilio Prieto, confirmed this Sunday night that 84 new positive cases of coronavirus are registered in the country, making a total of 950 infected nationally.

“We reported 84 new positive cases, corresponding to 36 in Santa Cruz; 18 to Beni; 14 to Oruro, nine to La Paz and seven to Cochabamba. With these data, the accumulated total amounts to 950 cases, ”explained the head of Epidemiology.

Of the total of 950 infected with the virus, Santa Cruz registers 525; La Paz, 168; Cochabamba, 78; Oruro, 79; Potos?, 26; Pando, 12; Tarija, three; Chuquisaca, two; and Beni, 57.

Prieto also reported that four new deaths were reported, two in Santa Cruz and two in Oruro, making a total of 50 deaths nationwide.

He also added that 80 patients are recovered.
