حالات اشتباه جديدة بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور
البحيرة ـ شعبان فتحى


صرح الدكتور يسرى مبروك وكيل وزارة الصحة بالبحيرة، أن مستشفى حميات دمنهور قامت باحتجاز شخصين للاشتباه فى إصابتهما بأنفلونزا الطيور، بعد ظهور أعراض تتشابة مع المرض عليهما، من ارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة، وألم فى العظام، وإجهاد شديد وصعوبة فى التنفس.

وتم احتجاز جمعة إبراهيم أبو سعدة (22 سنة) مقيم بكفر الدوار، وكريمة علوانى الدهان (56 سنة) مقيمة بدمنهور، بعد أخذ عينة دم منهما لتحليلها بالمعامل المركزية بالقاهرة. وعلى الفور انتقلت لجنة مكافحة المرض لمنازل المرضى لتطهيرها، وتطهير المنازل المجاورة وأخذ عينات من الطيور الموجودة بالمنازل لفحصها، وبيان مدى إصابتها.

احتجزت مستشفى حميات دمنهور حالتين للاشتباه فى اصابتهما بمرض انفلونزا الطيور وصرح الدكتور يسرى مبروك وكيل وزارة الصحة ان المحتجزين هما: جمعه إبراهيم عبد الغنى أبو سعده (22 سنة) و كريمة علوانى حسن (56 سنة).

وفى الإسكندرية واصلت مديرية الأمن حملاتها المشتركة مع مديرية الطب البيطري ومديرية الزراعة على أسواق بيع الطيور حية بدون تراخيص، وأسفرت الحملة عن ضبط 30 محل و16 فرش وإعدام ما بها من طيور بلغ عددها 1738 طائر وأزيلت 295 عشة تربية طيور منزلية وإعدام 2396 طائر كانت بها وأحيل 38 تاجر طيور إلى النيابة العامة بعد فضهم أختام الشمع الأحمر وإعادة بيع الطيور حية بدون ترخيص.

وتمكنت الكمائن المرابطة أمام مداخل الإسكندرية من ضبط السيارة رقم 160147 نقل الجيزة قيادة خالد إبراهيم مقيم بولاق الدكرور- القاهرة محملة بـ 800 طائر قادمة من إحدى مزارع دواجن أبو المطامير- البحيرة لبيعها في أبيس وتم إعدامها. Thursday, 09 July 2009 - 10:16 p.m.

عقد اللواء محمد شعراوى محافظ البحيرة اجتماعا موسعاً حضره رؤساء المراكز والمدن, استعرض خلاله خطة المحافظة لمكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور، وتفعيلها ودور كل هيئة فى الخطة لضمان سلامة أهالى المحافظة من خطر المرض ومنع انتشاره داخل المحافظة.

شدد محافظ البحيرة على ضرورة تكثيف حملات الصحة والتموين على المحال التجارية وعمل تقارير بنتائج هذه الحملات, وتزويد كل مركز بعدد (سيارة ? تر وسيكل ? دراجة بخارية) للاهتمام بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور لخطورته
والالتزام بتنفيذ كافة الإجراءات والقرارات الخاصة بمنع بيع وتداول ونقل الطيور الحية والموافقة على تغير نشاط أى محل يرغب فى تغير نشاطه.

طالب المحافظ بسرعة الدفع بفرق التخلص من الطيور المصابة بموقع الحدث وتطهير الأماكن المصابة بالتنسيق مع الصحة والطب البيطرى والتنسيق مع مديرية الرى لضمان تدفق المياه بالمجارى المائية بالمناطق المصابة للحفاظ على الزراعات الموجودة, وضرورة تجهيز أماكن بديلة يمكن استغلالها كمستشفيات وتزويدها بالأطقم الطبية المختلفة مثل المدارس والمعاهد والكليات ومراكز الشباب والأندية والعمل على تأمين وصول سيارات الإسعاف إلى أماكن الإصابة وتجهيز سيارات إسعاف متحركة مع تحديد سيارات بديلة وتحديد فريق الإسعاف السريع الأساسى والاحتياطى بالاسم والعنوان وأرقام التليفونات المختلفة بكل مركز لمكافحة المرض قبل انتشاره داخل المحافظة.

حيث قامت باحتجاز راغب عبد الله راغب (8 شهور) مقيم بكفر الدوار ومحمود مجاهد سعد (8 سنوات) مقيم بأبوالمطامير وفضل الله غالى حمادة (37 سنة) مقيم بكفر الشيخ، وتم احتجازهم بالمستشفى بعد أخذ عينة دم منهم لتحليلها بالمعامل المركزية بالقاهرة.

وعلى الفور انتقلت لجنة مكافحة المرض لمنازل المرضى لتطهيرها وتطهير المنازل المجاورة، وأخذ عينات من الطيور الموجودة بالمنازل لفحصها وبيان مدى إصابتها.

وفى الفيوم تم احتجاز منى حسن عبد المقصود (40 سنة) من قرية سنهور القبلية بمركز سنورس بالفيوم، وقد دخلت مستشفى الحميات بالفيوم وهى تعانى من ارتفاع شديد فى درجة الحرارة وتظهر عليها أعراض مرض أنفلونزا الطيور، فاشتبه الأطباء فى إصابتها بالمرض، وتم احتجازها بالمستشفى وأخذ العينات اللازمة منها لإرسالها للمعامل المركزية بوزارة الصحة للتأكد من إصابتها بالمرض من عدمه.

على الفور تم عزل الحالات وقائياً بالمستشفى بعد أخذ عينة دم منهم لتحليلها بالمعامل المركزية بالقاهرة لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض.

احتجز مستشفى حميات دمنهور 3 أشخاص للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بأنفلونزا الطيور، عقب ظهور أعراض تتشابه مع المرض عليهم، من ارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وألم فى العظام وصعوبة فى التنفس واحتقان فى الحلق.

تلقى اللواء مجدى أبو قمر مدير أمن البحيرة إخطاراً من مستشفى حميات دمنهور باحتجاز محمد أحمد يوسف (23 سنة)، عطية حمدى دوير ( 30 سنة)، سعدية عيسى محمد (43 سنة)، وذلك للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بأنفلونزا الطيور.

وعلى الفور تم عزل الحالات وقائياً بالمستشفى بعد أخذ عينة دم منهم لتحليلها بالمعامل المركزية بالقاهرة لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض، وانتقلت لجنة من الطب البيطرى والصحة وقوات الأمن لمنازل المرضى لتطهيرها، وتطهير المنازل المجاورة لهم، وكذا المخالطين لهم وأخذ عينات من الطيور الموجودة بالمنازل لفحصها معملياً.
