'Beheira Governorate web site (Arabic: 'البحيرة , el-Beheirah‎; 'the Lake') is a coastal governorate in Egypt. It is in the north of the country and its capital is Damanhur. The distance from Cairo (Attaba) to el-Beheirah is 135 km. It is also one of the largest governates in Egypt. Beheira enjoys an important strategical place where it is located west of the Rashid branch of the Nile west and east of Marsa Matrouh. It containa four important highways, the Cairo desert road, the Cairo agriculture road, the international road and the circular road.

احتجز مستشفى حميات دمنهور، 6 حالات للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بأنفلونزا الطيور، عقب ظهور أعراض تتشابه مع المرض عليهم من ارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وألم فى العظام وصعوبة فى التنفس واحتقان فى الحلق.

تلقى اللواء مجدى أبو قمر مدير أمن البحيرة، إخطاراً من مستشفى حميات دمنهور بالاشتباه بإصابة عبد الله عبد الحكيم عوض (سنتان) مقيم بالدلنجات وعطيات السيد أبو طاهر (47 سنة) مقيمة بدمنهور وأشرف رياض عاشور (23 سنة) مقيم بالمحمودية وانتصار لبيب (30 سنة) الدلنجات وريهام رمضان (13 سنة) مقيمة بكوم حمادة ومحمود عادل عبد العاطى (21 سنة) مقيم بدمنهور.

وعلى الفور تم عزل الحالات وقائياً بالمستشفى بعد أخذ عينة دم منهم لتحليلها بالمعامل المركزية بالقاهرة لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض.

قام مستشفى رشيد العام باحتجاز حالتين جديدتين للاشتباه فى إصابتهما بأنفلونزا الخنازير، وذلك بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليهما من ارتفاع مفاجئ فى درجة الحرارة وسعال وألم فى العضلات وإجهاد شديد.

تلقى اللواء مجدى أبو قمر مدير أمن البحيرة إخطاراً من مستشفى رشيد العام، يفيد باحتجاز محمد أحمد السيد (30 سنة) ونجلاء حسن (20سنة) ويقيمان بكفر الشيخ, وعلى الفور تم احتجاز الحالتين مع وضعهما تحت الملاحظة بالمستشفى بعد أخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق منهما لتحليلها لبيان مدى إصابتهما بالمرض.

كما قام مستشفى المنشاوى العام باحتجاز سيدة للاشتباه بإصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير، حيث أرسلت إدارة الحجر الصحى بيانات السيدة فرحانة أحمد طه (58 سنة) كانت قادمة من أداء العمرة من قرية ميت حبيش البحرية مركز طنطا وشعورها بأعراض المرض.

قامت إدارة الطب الوقائى بالتوجه للسيدة والكشف عليها وتبين أثناء الكشف عليها ارتفاع درجة حرارتها، على الفور تم نقلها لأقرب مستشفى، وهى المنشاوى العام وحجزها بالأماكن المخصصة لذلك وإعطائها عقار التاميفلو وأخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية لبيان مدى إصابتها بالمرض من عدمه، خاصة وأنها قادمة من السعودية بعد أدائها العمرة. 3 suspected cases of avian and swine at the West Lake

صرح الدكتور يسرى مبروك وكيل وزارة الصحة بالبحيرة أن مستشفيات حميات دمنهور والإسكندرية قامت باحتجاز 10 أشخاص للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بأنفلونزا الطيور، بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليهم من ارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة واحتقان فى الحلق وصعوبة فى التنفس وألم فى العظام.

حيث قام مستشفى حميات الإسكندرية باحتجاز محمد نجاح محمد (31 سنة) وعادل صبرى عمر (21 سنة) مقيم بأبو المطامير، ومحمد جلال حمزة (34 سنة)، وخلود جمال فليفل (3 سنوات).

فيما قام مستشفى حميات دمنهور باحتجاز ياسر عبد الوهاب على (33 سنة) من كفر الدوار، والسيد أحمد بسيونى (38 سنة) من المحمودية، وولاء رأفت حسن (6 سنوات) من المحمودية، وانتصار فتحى عبد اللطيف (28 سنة) من دمنهور، وحنين باسم طلال (3 سنوات) من المحمودية، وإبراهيم أنور محمود (51 سنة) من الدلنجات.

حيث تم احتجازهم بالمستشفيات وأخذ عينة دم منهم لتحليلها فى المعامل المركزية لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض، وإعطائهم عقار "التاميفلو".

كما احتجز مستشفى حميات المنيا 6 حالات بينهم 4 أطفال للاشتباه بإصابتهم بمرض أنفلوزنرا الطيور عقب إصابتهم بضيق فى التنفس وارتفاع درجة الحرارة، وهم منجة عبد الحميد كاحول، 29 عاما، من الشعراوية سمالوط وشاهيناز خيرى فؤاد، إطسا سمالوط وحسن موسى حسن، 41 سنة، معصرة ملوى وأحلام محمد عيسى، عامان ونصف، وشقيقتيها فاطمة، 6 سنوات، وبسمة، 18 سنة، من عزبة حمدى بملوى وتم أخذ عينات وإرسالها إلى المعامل المركزية بالقاهرة للتأكد من سلبية النتائج مع قيام المستشفى برعاية الحالات وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية لحين ورود نتائج العينات.
