    Abstract

Surveys were distributed to parents and childcare agency staff to determine seasonal influenza vaccine uptake. Multivariate logistic regressions identified vaccination determinants. Overall, 351 parents and staff participated (response rate, 32%). One-half (168 [48%]) received vaccine. Vaccination predictors included healthcare provider or employer recommendation, perceived seriousness, and no vaccine fear. Infect Control Hosp Epidemiol 2016;1-4.
