twice as much -if correct- would be a surprisingly big increase,
as compared with flu, where I get a ~30% increase and in HA only
in the years after the 1968 pandemic.
The mutation rate itself could be somehow encoded in the genome,
so flu-B mutates at only half the rate as flu-A.
But I never observed an actual change of mutation rate by mutation ?!?
