My friend passed on the task to her father who grew up in Vietnam and has lived in the States for many years. He provided the following translation (thank-you both!):

So there are 2 H5N1 positive confirmed persons who had exposure to H5N1 infected poultry. In addition there are apparently others who died of acute respiratory illness who also were exposed to H5N1 positive poultry.
