310 billion on bird flu control

Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Cao Duc Phat has approved a project using vaccines to control and eradicate highly pathogenic avian (H5N1) period 2011-2012 with a total investment of more than 310 billion.
With this funding, the next two years will provide 100% funding to purchase vaccines to vaccinate chickens, ducks, geese farms of less than 2,000 children, flocks of military units (except business military career.)
For all poultry production scale of 2,000 or more shall have full vaccination of poultry and their units must pay the full cost of vaccination.
