Swine Flu Ruled Out In Teton County Death
-snip-
When 63-year-old Artemia Ramos Garcia died in March, local health officials said it could have been caused by the H1N1 swine flu. Tissue samples were sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for testing.
Teton County coroner Bob Campbell says that the tests showed Garcia died of pneumonia, not swine flu.

Without further epidemiological information, it's hard to argue with this.
