Relatives: Tests Confirm Man Died Of H1N1

COLUMBUS, Ohio --
A Central Ohio family is mourning the death of a 24-year-old man. He died early Tuesday morning and the family says tests confirm it was from H1N1.
The man's family requested NBC4 not identify the man other than to use his first name, Shawn. However they wanted his story to get out in hopes that others get the flu shot. Shawn had not gotten the flu shot.
