First lab-confirmed flu case of season reported in Kentucky
State health officials say a person from Jessamine County has come down with the first lab-confirmed flu case of the season.
Kentucky Department for Public Health officials say Kentucky's flu activity is currently classified as "sporadic," which is the lowest level of flu activity.
