  • NYC Flu and RSV

H1N1 remains the predominant influenza subtype currently present in NYC. A small amount of influenza B is also present. Influenza A (H3N2) was detected recently in NYC. Laboratory surveillance shows continued high levels of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) circulating in NYC. The trend suggests that RSV circulation may be stabilizing or decreasing.
