  • Iran War: Middle East LPG Recovery Slowed By Infastructure Damage

    4/10/26

Supply recovery faces delays Accumulating damage to LPG infrastructure across the Gulf is reshaping recovery timelines, with Iran and Qatar facing the most significant setbacks due to repeated strikes and complex repairs. Iranian supply is expected to remain sharply reduced, with recovery stretching into 2027, while Qatar’s capacity losses and delayed expansion projects will also constrain output. Although Saudi Arabia and the UAE retain comparatively stable production outlooks, export bottlenecks and project delays continue to weigh on regional supply. The result is a prolonged tightening of global #LPG availability, sustaining Asia’s dependence on alternative sources, particularly US cargoes, and reinforcing market volatility into late 2026.
