Dollar higher levels recorded before the major global currencies in 5 months

شهد الدولار الأمريكي ارتفاعاً عاماً أمس فسجل أعلي مستوي له في خمسة أشهر أمام اليورو وأعلي مستوي منذ ١٧ شهراً مقابل الجنيه الاسترليني وارتفع مؤشر الدولار إلي أعلي مستوي منذ أكثر من خمسة أشهر فيما قال المستثمرون والمحللون إن العملة الأمريكية تشهد انتعاشاً عاماً من المستويات المتدنية التي سجلتها هذا العام بفعل أثر التباطؤ الاقتصادي العالمي علي العملات الأخري ومع عودة المستثمرين للإقبال علي العملة الأمريكية لتغطية المراكز المدينة انخفض الدولار الإسترليني نحو ١% والدولار النيوزيلندي ٢% وأبقي البنك المركزي الأوروبي أسعار الفائدة دون تغيير علي ٤.٢٥% أمس الأول. Saw the U.S. dollar yesterday rose year record its highest level in five months against the euro and the highest level for 17 months against the pound sterling and the dollar index rose to its highest level in more than five months as investors and analysts said that the American currency is recovering from years of low levels recorded by this General by the impact of global economic slowdown on other currencies and with the return of investors to rush to the American currency to cover city centres dollar sterling fell about 1% and 2% New Zealand dollar and the European Central Bank kept interest rates unchanged at 4.25% yesterday.
ومحلياً أرجع خبير مصرفي حالة عدم الاستقرار والتوتر التي يمر بها الدولار خلال الفترة الحالية، إلي أسباب اقتصادية عالمية لأن الاقتصاد الأمريكي واجه العديد من الصدمات المتتالية بداية بالحرب في العراق وأفغانستان وأخيراً أزمة الرهن العقاري التي تسببت في إفلاس ٦ بنوك أمريكية. The local banking expert attributed the state of instability and tension experienced by the dollar during the current period, the global economic reasons because the U.S. economy faced a number of successive shocks beginning of the war in Iraq, Afghanistan and finally mortgage crisis that caused the bankruptcy of 6 U.S. banks.
وقال إن العلاقة التي تحكم سعر صرف الدولار أمام الجنيه هي التأثيرات الداخلية للاقتصاد المحلي خاصة التهافت علي شرائه من جانب المستوردين، وقال إن قوة الجنيه ليست في صالح الاقتصاد المصري لأنها ستضع أعباء علي التصدير. He said that the relationship governing the exchange rate of the dollar against the pound is the internal influences of the local economy particularly rushing to sell the part of importers, said that the strength of the pound is not in favour of the Egyptian economy because it would put a burden on export.
وقال الدكتور بلال خليل ـ نائب رئيس شعبة الصرافة ـ إن العلاقة عكسية بين الدولار وباقي العملات الأجنبية الأخري، فإذا انخفض الدولار زادت أسعار صرف هذه العملات وأكد أن أسعار الدولار أظهرت تعافياً مؤخراً علي خلفية انخفاض أسعار البترول والذهب، واقتراب الانتخابات الرئاسية الأمريكية وبلغ سعر الدولار ٥.٢٩ للشراء و٥.٣٠ للبيع، لافتاً إلي أن الدولار لن يشهد انخفاضاً أقل من هذا المستوي. He said that the activity of the economy and tourism industry, increase employment of Egyptian expatriates and foreigners entering the stock market are all factors contributing to the decline in the dollar and the strengthening of the pound
