A case of influenza A virus H1N1 has been confirmed in Three Lagoons in this year of 2014. The first case recorded in that year, was a man, whose age was not revealed, that he was admitted in Hospital Auxiliadora, received the necessary treatment and are replaced as well. According to the director of the Department of Monitoring and Sanitation, Neide Yuki, this case was registered in March. In all, according to her, there were three reported cases of the disease. Two were discarded, and only one confirmed. In Mato Grosso do Sul, the beginning of the year until the last Wednesday, 139 reported cases of the influenza virus, known as swine flu, were registered in the State. Of these, four confirmed cases of influenza A virus H1N1, three of The H3N2 and influenza B.
