    Guanajuato is preparing to be the first entity of the Mexican Republic to be declared "free of H1N1 influenza" by the World Health Organization (0ms), with the backing of the federal government, said the state health secretary, Jorge Armando Aguirre Torres.

    In a year of the pandemic in Guanajuato were 2,032 cases of H1N1, 31 of these patients died, the last six months.
