    Experts warn that hand washing should be done as often as necessary to prevent diseases like influenza AH1N1

    80% of the population do not wash their hands high risk to the surge of influenza A H1N1, said prevention specialists and health care of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
    "Only 20% of the population does something as simple as washing hands, owing to the lack of a culture of preventive health which is an ancillary measure to prevent the spread of Influenza A H1N1, released the IMSS.

    He advised frequent hand washing, disinfecting common elements such as toys, pacifiers, eating utensils, and avoid temperature changes, to prevent diseases.

    The most common ailments by not carrying out this simple cleaning procedure can cause diseases like diarrhea, vomiting and fever, which can be complicated and cause gastrointestinal and respiratory infections.

    The health specialist reiterated that they must wash their hands as often as necessary, not only before eating or after using the bathroom, "in particular, people who maintain contact with common areas such as public transport services or have constant handling money, they should get at least the use of sanitizer gel, that so in case of contact with some environmental virus, do not carry it.

    That is why it is recommended that public places such as schools, children's rooms, workplaces and shopping centers, medical advice, should have anti-bacterial gel, liquid or solid soap and towels for the bathroom.
