    The Ministry of health (Ssa) reported that 60 deaths, most due to the virus of influenza A-H1N1, for a total of 149 deaths reported by the winter season were reported in the last week. 'Deaths, 12 (20%) occurred in the last week and the 48 remaining are from previous weeks, resulting from technical confirmation processes which include sampling, processing in laboratory, emission of results and notification thereof', confirmed the unit. Until today (Friday), the Ssa announced that there are 4440 cases of influenza A-H1N1 virus, mil 362 cases rather than last week. Currently in Mexico circulation three seasonal influenza viruses: A-H1N1, A-H3N2 and influenza B. Aclar? also that ' 50% of the deaths from influenza are hospitalized from the fourth day of onset of illness, also 89 per cent was not vaccinated.

    The Ministry of health (Ssa) reported that from January 1 to February 16 this year were reported four thousand 884 cases by any of the different types of virus of influenza and 149 deaths.

    The federal unit explained that of the total of the four thousand reported cases 440 cases and 135 deaths were by the human influenza A H1N1, because since the beginning of 2012 dominates this virus.

    Specified in the last week were reported 60 deaths confirmed influenza, but only 12, i.e. 20 per cent, occurred in the last week and the 48 remaining are from previous weeks, resulting from technical processes of confirmation.

      In general terms, from the first of January until February 16, 2012 four thousand 884 cases and 149 deaths were notified by any of the different types of virus of influenza.
      Being of A-H1N1 the predominant one in more than 90 per cent. 50 % of the deaths for influenza was hospitalized from the fourth day of beginning of the illness, also 89 % was not vaccinated and 75 % had a comorbidity, being three more frequent mellitus diabeteses, obesity and arterial hypertension.

      In the last week 60 confirmed deaths of influenza were notified, nevertheless, it is important to have present that only 12 (20 %) happened in the last week and the remaining 48 are of weeks previous, which turns out from the technical processes of assertion that they include the capture of sample, prosecution in laboratory, emission of results and notification of the same ones. At present in Mexico they circulate three seasonal viruses of influenza: A-H1N1, A-H3N2 and influenza bovine B.La against influenza includes protection from these three seasonal viruses. The median of the proportion of consultations for respiratory sharp serious infection in the Units of Health Monitors of Influenza, was of 10 cases for every thousand consultations in the fifth week
