Overview
Regional influenza positivity increased from 7% in week 25 to 11% in week 27 of 2026. SARS-CoV-2 positivity has increased over the past few weeks, except for the most recent week, and has remained at or below 5% in the Region (Figure 1).
The predominant circulating influenza subtype was influenza B(Victoria), accounting for 61.6% of all detections. (Figure 2).
