На церемонии передачи выступят представители Японского Правительства и JICA, замминистра здравоохранения КР Сабыржан Абдикаримов, представитель Детского фонда ООН Тимоти Шаффтер и представитель ВОЗ. По окончании торжественной части ценный груз отправится по назначению: холодовые комнаты - на областные склады Ошской и Жалалабадской областей и центральный вакцинный склад, холодильники повезут на прививочные пункты медицинских организаций. Полученная автомашина будет использоваться для осуществления оперативных выездов мобильной бригады по ремонту холодильного оборудования. Кроме холодового оборудования Правительство Японии также выделило средства на разработку операционных планов мероприятий по сохранности вакцин на случай длительного отключения электроэнергии или других чрезвычайных ситуаций, а также будут проведены тренинги для медперсонала по вопросам холодовой цепи. Общий объем поддержки составляет 300 тыс. долларов США. «Данная помощь - очень своевременна. Эффективность вакцинопрофилактики, проводимой населению страны, во многом зависит от условий хранения вакцинных препаратов», - сообщил директор Центра иммунопрофилактики Джолдош Калилов. По его словам, 70% всего оборудования холодовой цепи эксплуатируется в республике более 20 лет и состоит из бытовых холодильников производства стран СНГ, 11% оборудования находится в нерабочем состоянии, с учетом тех пунктов, на которых оборудование отсутствует вообще. «Вопрос работы холодовой цепи особенно актуален в связи с угрозой пандемии птичьего гриппа. Может возникнуть ситуация, когда для защиты населения может одномоментно поступить большое количество вакцины в довольно короткие сроки, которые необходимо будет хранить в холодильниках при определенной температуре», - подчеркнул Т. Шаффтер. Отметим, что кроме Кыргызстана подобные проекты осуществляются еще в 13 странах мира на общую сумму в $8 млн.
