H5N1 outbreak in poultry in Riau, screening of inhabitants of 3 villages. This seems to be a typical example of how rapid response teams do their job. These rapid reponse teams seem to be implemented in the `hot` provinces.
If someone has flu-like symptoms he/she will be put on Tamiflu and stay at home. If the health doesn't improve when using Tamiflu, the patient will be transfered to a hospital. There samples will be taken to be tested locally and in the national laboratories of Dep of Health.
