    I realise that vaccination is not 100% effective, but this is the second report in 3 days, and from a different State - Madhya Pradesh. When vaccination of healthcare workers began, there was much resistance. I can't help but wonder whether in some cases the vaccine was squirted down the sink. In other words, I'm not 100% convinced that all HCW's who said they were vaccinated were actually vaccinated. I have no evidence for this opinion, just a feeling.
