On Friday, 43 new H1N1 cases were also reported, taking the total number to 864.

Meanwhile, the health department continued screening of patients at its month-long campaign "Swasthya Chetna Yatra". "On Thursday, over 2 lakh people were screened for various diseases at 704 camps organised across the state," said B N Sharma, principal secretary, health.

Jaipur, Sep 23 (PTI) Two young women succumbed to swine flu while 15 tested positive for H1NI virus across Rajasthan today, Health Department officials said.

"Manju and Bali, hailing from Jaipur and Kota districts respectively, died in SMS hospital here," they said.

Nine in Jaipur and one each in Ajmer, Tonk, Bharatpur, Sawaimadhopur, Bikaner and Kota tested positive for the disease, the officials said.

Swine flu has claimed 63 lives in Rajasthan since April this year, they said.
