Delhi govt to act against Apollo hosp

The government of Delhi said they were considering legal action action against the private hospitals which have bee refusing to treat H1N1 patients. Delhi's premier Apollo Hospital has defended itself saying that it is not in a position to provide care for Swine flu infected patients for fear of cross-infection. The hospital refused to treat Swine flu patient saying that they will not compromise safety of other patients. The hospital refused to treat patients despite the order of the government.
