Pauri Garhwal: More than 100 people are battling a mysterious disease these days in Tila village of Paithani, located in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. It is being told that the students of the village have not gone to school for the last one week and are forced to stay in the village itself. On getting information about the matter, the Health Minister of the state, Dr Dhan Singh Rawat has sent a team of Health Department to Tila village and asked to find out about the disease.
'Sick people are unable to stand on their feet'
According to reports, due to this mysterious disease , people of Tila village are complaining of high fever, chest pain, vomiting, pain in the joints of hands and feet and are feeling dizzy. Villagers told that the people suffering from this disease are unable to stand on their feet. He told that in the beginning only a few people got sick but gradually now this number has crossed 100. The villagers told that due to this disease, now the lives of 1700 people living in the mound have been threatened.

As soon as the Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat got information about this through social media, he immediately asked the Chief Health Officer Pauri to send a team of doctors to Tila village immediately. Along with this, Dhan Singh Rawat himself also talked to the people of the village on the phone and told them that a team of doctors would reach Tila for his treatment on Thursday. CMO Pauri has asked the in-charge medical officer Dr Amit Patil to constitute a medical team for the village.

A 5-member team of health department will go to Tila village consisting of a doctor , a community health officer, an ANM, a lab technician and a ward boy for medicines. Health workers have been sent to the village for field survey so that the camp can be set up easily on Thursday morning and treatment of the villagers can be started.
