3.) A mutates about 2 times more than B (what's the reason ?)

4.) B has only one HA,NA, and NS- subtype vs. 16,9,2 of A without batflu
5.) B has different length of the coding region and
B encodes different proteins (number of amino-acids) [number of nucleotides in coding region]

some reassortment involving the other segments
Yamagata splits into 2 subgroups which I call 1 and 2 ,
this is not so easy to distinguish in segment 4,
which is preferrably sequences, as in A
the old B viruses before 2002 were last sequenced in 2005
and are extinct now, since then we just have the 2(3) groups
(to be completed later)
