Number of swine flu related deaths in North West increases
The number of deaths related to swine flu in the North West has risen to 21, an increase of seven since figures were last reported at the end of October. The figures were released by the Chief Medical Officer Sir Liam Donaldson, who revealed that nationally 142 people have died as a result of swine flu since the outbreak of the virus in April.
