S.F.B. a 28-year-old native of Langreo, was cremated yesterday after the death of the last 7th of respiratory complications arising from influenza A infection that was detected in Jerez de La Frontera (Cadiz), where he worked long and where the disease was diagnosed about a month ago.
His parents, grandparents, sister and other relatives and friends yesterday mourned the death of this young woman "who had no physical ailment that could affect as a risk factor to aggravate their condition," the members of his family. SFB were not obese, nor was pregnant, and had no known ailments, "but after three or four days to detect influenza A was diagnosed with pneumonia," regretted his friends.
The disease affected both lungs so serious, so it was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Jerez hospital, "where he induced the coma two days later to try to improve his condition," reported yesterday relatives Langreo in the mortuary, where he moved up the body on the last Tuesday night.
Just one day before the deaths that do occur, the family of the victim still had hopes that his recovery would be achieved. Finally there was the tragic outcome, a fact which obviously greatly affected their loved ones who still mourned yesterday "that it was a very young woman."
Health services in the region of Nal?n [origin of female] had no involvement in this case because the girl contracted the disease in Cadiz, and that's where doctors tried unsuccessfully disease. His body was taken to the mortuary Langreo and was brought here yesterday afternoon to the funeral of Florida (San Mart?n del Rey Aurelio), where he was cremated.
The health district manager Nal?n VIII, Jesus Matos, lamented the death of the woman and said that in the region of Nal?n not been no deaths caused by infection with influenza A. He also reported that the situation is under control of this pandemic in the region and that cases of infection have passed a few weeks ago it has more impact.
