Season 2010/2011 (Week 3)
Evolution of ILI incidence.

- 2,9 cases per 1,000 population
- 24 Samples have tested positive for influenza. All are pH1N1.
- Decreasing Trend
- Widespread Influenza Activity
ILI Incidence by Age Group.

Percentage of viral detection and number of isolates.

- The percentage of nasal swabs positive for influenza has decreased to 45%; Predominant strain is pH1N1.
Number of patients with pneumonia attended in Emergency services and Primary health care by week.

Emergencies attended in the public hospitals (National Health System) of Pamplona and Estella related to Influenza and Pneumonia. 2010/2011

Additional Information
- 16 Severe flu cases (pH1N1) were hospitalized in current week 3/2011.
- Sporadic vaccine failure has been reported, most of these patients have underlying health conditions. In general terms the vaccine is still effective.
